Mindy Woods is a physiotherapist with a strong passion for food and she decided now is the time for her to chase that passion and apply for MasterChef Australia.

During her time in the MasterChef kitchen, she created a variety of delicious dishes that wowed the judges.

Her most memorable dishes were her Chocolate Mousse Tart and her Crispy Skin Duck with Fragrant Red Curry and Lychees.
