Kylie Millar is a Physiotherapy student from Sydney with a big food dream.

"I'd love to one day have my own little café and dessert bar attached. I love cooking desserts and sweet things. I find with sweets you can be a lot more creative and have more fun with them."

During her time in the MasterChef kitchen, she created a variety of delicious dishes that wowed the judges.

Her most memorable dishes were her Apple and Strawberry Crumble Tart, her Steamed Blue Swimmer Crab with Black bean and Chilli Sauce and her Burnt Caramel Panna Cotta with Sugar and Spice Dusted Pain Perdu and Brioche Shards.
