Dalvinder Dhami was 35 when she decided to leave her career as a public servant behind to chase her food dream and apply for MasterChef Australia.

During her time in the MasterChef kitchen, she created a variety of delicious dishes that wowed the judges.

Her most memorable dishes were her Pineapple and Tomato Jam Pork Served with Egg Dumplings and her Jazadalvs Chicken Curry.
