31 and Hailing from nearby Maroubra Beach, Boo’s masterly water skills brought him to the attention of Head Lifeguard, Bruce “Hoppo” Hopkins.

In his first season patrolling Bondi, Boo puts his skills to the test when he performs a rescue in massive swell. Helping trainee Tommy in a mass rescue, Boo shows the watching members of the service exactly why Hoppo decided to hire him for the team.

A seasoned traveler, Boo has spent a lot of his career on the water. Working on super yachts in the Mediterranean, Boo returned home, trading in his time on deck for time in the Tower.
