Rosemary And Craisin Frozen Ice Blocks
- The day before sprinkle some craisins, freeze dried raspberries and rosemary leaves into large square silicon ice block moulds and fill with water, freeze overnight.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with regular crushed ice.
- Pour in the vodka, cordial and cranberry pomegranate juice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a coupe serving glass over the craisin ice blocks.
