  • The day before sprinkle some craisins, freeze dried raspberries and rosemary leaves into large square silicon ice block moulds and fill with water, freeze overnight.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with regular crushed ice.
  • Pour in the vodka, cordial and cranberry pomegranate juice.
  • Shake until chilled.
  • Strain into a coupe serving glass over the craisin ice blocks.
