  • Blanch in a large pot of boiling water, asparagus, broccolini and beans for a minute then put in ice water to cool down.
  • In a large mixing bowl add the vegetables with almonds, shallots, extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, chilli oil and paprika and toss. Serve.
