  • Line a deep stainless steel bowl with plastic wrap with 2 layers. Cut each cake roll into 8 slices, line bowl with slices. Cover and freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Chop Oreo and mix with vanilla ice-cream. Spread vanilla ice-cream over swiss cake slices.
  • Spray outside of a smaller bowl with oil and put on top of vanilla ice-cream to push it all together and to get ready for next layer. Cover and put into freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Mix chocolate ice-cream with honeycomb. Remove bowl from cake and add chocolate mix to cake. Spray outside of a smaller bowl with oil and put on top of chocolate mix to push together. Cover and put in freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Remove small bowl and add dulce de leche. Cover and freeze.
  • To serve, remove from freezer and invert onto serving plate. Remove bowl and plastic wrap and cut into wedges and serve with hot chocolate sauce.
