- Whisk eggs and sugar in medium bowl until white and pale.
- Melt butter, chocolate and chilli over ban marie until smooth.
- Add chocolate mixture to egg and sugar, mixing small amounts at a time until combined. Sift flour into mixture and combine.
- Line metallic moulds with non-stick paper. Add mix to moulds. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Serve with vanilla ice-cream.
