Grilled Garlic Prawns

  • Combine parsley, oil, chilli and garlic in a shallow bowl.
  • Wrap body of each prawn with a slice of jamon iberico, place prawns in marinade and turn to coat.
  • Preheat a barbecue or chargrill on medium and thread each prawn onto a small skewer.
  • Cook for 2-3 mins each side, until cooked through. Serve with fresh lemons.


Note: Prawns need to be very big – U4 or U6 please. If not available may use scampi or Balmain bugs.
