- To make blinis, combine the flours, sesame seeds and baking powder in a large bowl. Gradually whisk in egg, buttermilk and butter until smooth.
- Heat a greased, large frying pan over medium-high heat. Spoon 2 teaspoons of mixture into pan. Repeat to make 8 blinis. Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack. Repeat using remaining blini mixture.
- To make wasabi cream, whisk the crème fraiche and wasabi in a bowl until thick.
- To serve, top blinis with wasabi cream, cod, radish and ginger. Scatter with chives and sesame seeds and drizzle with sesame oil.
