The superstar posted the personal update via an Instagram Story, beginning: "People told me my whole life, 'Wow, Justin, you deserve that,' and I personally have always felt unworthy."
"Like I was a fraud," Bieber said.
"Like when people told me I deserve something. It made me feels sneaky, like damn if they only knew my thoughts."
"How judgmental I am, how selfish I really am," adding, "They wouldn't be saying this."
"If you feel sneaky, welcome to the club," the 31-year-old wrote.
"I definitely feel unequipped and unqualified most days," he concluded his post.
This post follows months of speculation and concerns about Bieber’s mental and physical health, often appears tired and gaunt in paparazzi photos.
Bieber welcomed son Jack Blues Bieber with his wife Hailey, last August.
A representative for Bieber denied that the singer is in need of help, telling TMZ that these last 12 months have been “very transformative for him as he ended several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him”.
They also shut down rumours of Bieber’s alleged drug use, saying it was “absolutely not true”.
Bieber has been vocal about his past struggles with mental health and his respective diagnosis with Ramsay Hunt syndrome and Lyme disease.
