Outside a Los Angeles courthouse today, 16 members of the public were granted access to watch the hearing through a public lottery held, with many citing the recent Netflix drama series and documentary on the case as the reason for their interest. The appearance marked the first time Lyle and Erik had been seen in public since the second trial for the murder of their parents. The brothers’ resentencing hearing, originally scheduled for December 11, will now take place on January 30.
