Prince William And Kate Middleton Release Christmas Card

Prince William and Kate Middleton have released their Christmas card, which includes a photo from the video released when Kate announced the end of her chemotherapy.

The card reads, “Wishing you a Happy Christmas and New Year.”

The image features Prince William and Kate with their children Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, nine, and Prince Louis, six, at their family home in Norfolk, Anmer Hall.

The photo is from the video where the Princess of Wales revealed she had completed chemotherapy.

The emotional video emphasised family and supporting each other through difficult times.

Kate underwent abdominal surgery in January after cancerous cells were discovered. In March, she announced her diagnosis.

Fans of the Royals thought they released the perfect Christmas card.

“Perfect Christmas card for everyone who watched the video,” one person wrote, adding, “Have a blessed and healthy celebration.”

Photographer Will Warr commented on the post, writing, “An honour to have captured this year’s Christmas card photo for The Prince & Princess of Wales.”

"I hope the joy of Princess Catherine's recovery makes this the most special one [Christmas] yet," another said.

The PA news agency reported that the Prince and Princess of Wales skipped the royal family’s traditional pre-Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace.

A royal source said William and Kate were in Norfolk, as had been planned, and were looking forward to spending time with the rest of the royal family at Sandringham over Christmas.

The Buckingham Palace lunch is a private event for senior royals and their wider family who will not be attending Christmas celebrations at the King's Norfolk home.
