Pokémon-Shaped Flamin’ Hot Cheeto On Auction Currently Selling For $4,250

A Charizard-shaped Cheeto, appropriately named the Cheetozard, is being auctioned off, and if you want to catch this flying Pokémon, you’re going to need a few thousand dollars spare.

Goldin, an auction house for high-end collectibles, have gotten their hands on the Cheetozard as part of their 2025 February Pop Culture Elite Auction.

Charizard was a dual-type Fire/Flying Pokémon introduced in Generation I and Pokémon fans, known to be passionate about its paraphernalia, have bidders throwing out four figures at the uncanny Cheeto.

The Cheetozard went on sale February 10 with a starting bid of $250.

The auction house’s description of the items reads: “Presented is a 3-inch long Flamin' Hot Cheeto in the shape of the Pokémon Charizard, affixed to a customized Pokémon card and encapsulated in a clear card storage box. It was initially discovered and preserved sometime between 2018-2022 by 1st & Goal Collectibles. The Cheeto surged in popularity on social media platforms in late 2024.”

In a statement to Polygon, a gaming and entertainment news outlet, Goldin said the Cheeto is entirely authentic.

“The Cheeto was found this way and has not been modified,” Goldin said.

On February 24, the highest bid currently sits at $4,250, with bidding closing on March 1 at 7pm.
