The singer revealed she and her children "literally will go in there and dance throughout the day and just put Christmas songs on." 

This sounds like a punishment, but it also sounds like something I'd do if I had the money and the space because, honestly, who can be bothered taking down the tree and packing everything away? 

The star spoke with Robin Wright about her love of Christmas during an episode of her talk show, The Kelly Clarkson Show.

Clarkson claimed the first day of November is 'the marker' for beginning the festive season and that she has an entire room dedicated to her favourite holiday. 

"I decorated it the first year for Christmas, and then I was like, 'That was a lot of work. We'll shut the doors until next Christmas," the pop star said. 

"So we have a whole room, but we literally will go in there and dance throughout the day and just put Christmas songs on."
