The resignation letter from an employee in Nsuta Wassa, Ghana, read: “I have gotten a new job from a company, and I like to go and try that place too. In case it did not work out, I will come back.”

The worker also makes sure to thank the company for their time on the job.

“I’d like to thank the entire management team, particularly Mr. Nappo,” they added before concluding with, “I wish the company the best.”

Many were quick to comment on the worker’s candour and honesty.
