Former Royal Butler Says Correct Way To Eat Burgers Is With A Knife And Fork

A former royal butler has said we’re all eating burgers wrong, and we should be eating them with a knife and fork and not with our hands.

King Charles III’s former butler, Grant Harrold, claimed that the proper way to eat a burger was with a knife and fork.

Harrold told The Telegraph UK that members of the royal family always used a knife and fork when eating a burger.

"While it's true that most people use their hands to eat a burger, doing it the right way by using a knife and fork brings a genuine sense of refinement to the culinary experience," he said.

"Using a knife and fork was certainly the technique employed by members of the monarchy during my tenure at both Buckingham Palace and Highgrove House and by the numerous high-end clientele I have worked with worldwide over the years."

Harrold even took to Instagram to demonstrate how one would eat a burger with cutlery.

"Ladies and gentlemen, when eating a burger, we use a knife and fork. We never use our hands unless, of course, you're Fred Flintstone," he said in the video.
