- Combine almond meal, coconut, salt and protein powder into bowl
- Add vanilla, maple and coconut oil then mix through with your hands until the mix comes together. Add a little water if needed to help them combine
- Roll into small balls and set aside
- Combine coconut oil, maple syrup, tahini and cacao powder so that it forms a smooth chocolatey emulsion
- Dip lamingtons into the dipping sauce then roll into coconut
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set then enjoy
