- Preheat oven to 220C (fan-forced).
- To make tzatziki, combine yoghurt, radish and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Sprinkle lamb with dried oregano and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a chargrill pan or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add lamb, garlic and fresh oregano sprigs. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes.
- To serve, spoon tzatziki over a serving plate (see Tip). Top with lamb. Garnish with radish.
- TIP Any leftover tzatziki can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for three days.
