Johnny Depp Fan Brings ‘Emotional Support’ Alpacas To Court

Actor Johnny Depp's defamation trial against ex-partner, Amber Heard continues, and loyal Depp fans have shown support in an unusual (and cute) way.

Some cute Alpacas have attended court to witness the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard defamation trial as their owner hoped to 'improve Depp's mood'.

The defamation case came about between the couple, who split in 2016, over an op-ed that Amber Heard wrote for The Washington Post in 2018, in which she described surviving domestic violence -- without mentioning Depp by name.

While most of Depp's supporters have made their position known on social media, many have also been packing the courtroom as the actor testifies against his ex-wife, and now Alpacas are amongst the supporters.

The owner of the Alpacas has been identified as Depp fan, Andrea Diaz, by The Washington Post

Diaz stood outside the courtroom with the two furry alpacas because she "thought the alpacas might brighten his day."

It's unclear whether the Alpacas did indeed 'brighten his day' - but they did brighten ours.
