Grilled Pineapple with Lime & Chilli Salt

  1. Thread pineapple onto soaked skewers.
  2. Heat a chargrill pan over high heat. Add pineapple. Cook, turning occasionally, for about 6-8 minutes, or until charred and caramelised. Remove.
  3. Meanwhile, to make lime and chilli salt, combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Serve pineapple with salt, ice-cream and lime wedges.
