At least 50 people have died after Israeli airstrikes rained down on multiple locations across the Gaza Strip. The IDF claims it struck a command-and-control centre for Hamas that was being used to plan attacks. Among the dead is a family of six, including four children, after a missile struck their home. Israel has now also admitted to killing a United Nations worker in the area last month, having previously denied responsibility.
