Dessert Masters returns as hosts Melissa Leong and Amaury Guichon are joined by another 10 of Australia's most talented pastry chefs set to battle for the title of Dessert Master and $100,000.

Contestants are stunned tonight when they find out that they must somehow incorporate movement into their dish - it might drip, turn, float, ooze or dissolve, but it must also be delicious.

S2 Ep. 3

Nine contestants - Darren, Katherine, Reece, Jana, Dan, Donato, John, Alisha and Emelia - are set to compete in the competition's very first elimination challenge.

S2 Ep. 4

Today in the Dessert Masters kitchen, the nine remaining contestants are competing in the infamous team relay, for the chance to win immunity from the next elimination.

S2 Ep. 5

Tonight the Dessert Masters kitchen has been transformed into a scene from a quintessential Aussie country town. A table is laden with country classics: lamingtons, vanilla slices and custard tarts.
