The index, compiled annually, ranks cities across five key categories: stability, healthcare, culture and environment, education, and infrastructure. While Vienna edged ahead in healthcare, Copenhagen scored perfect marks in stability, education, and infrastructure, securing a near-flawless overall score of 98 out of 100.
Already celebrated as the world’s happiest city, Copenhagen continues to prove it’s not just a great place to visit but an even better place to live. Europe dominated the rankings, taking four of the top ten spots, while Australia followed closely, with three cities making the cut.
