Qatar Airways maintained first place from 2024. The airline said this reaffirms its "steadfast commitment to delivering excellence across every touchpoint of the travel experience".

Qantas jumped up from 24th place in 2024 to 14th place in 2025. The Australian airline was also named Best Airline in Australia/Pacific for the second consecutive year and won Best Cabin Crew in the region.

"I want to sincerely thank our incredible team of more than 29,000 people around the world, who bring such passion and pride to the work they do every single day. This award belongs to them," Qantas Group CEO Vanessa Hudson said.

Virgin Australia took out second place for the Best Airline Staff in Australia/Pacific, as well as the Best Regional Airline for the region.
