Sleepless nights, carefully placed Smarties, and sponge cakes sculpted into pigs, stressed-out mums have done it all. Now, we’re paying tribute to the cakes that made our childhoods, and nearly broke our parents in the process.
In partnership with newsXpress, The Royal Australian Mint, has announced that their new collectible coin program coming will honour The Australian Women’s Weekly Children’s Birthday Cake Book.
The coin collection will be revealed in the coming weeks, and will be available to purchase from newsXpress newsagents from June 12.
Better be quick though, something tells us these nostalgic coins will fly off the shelves faster than hot cakes.
