The 37-year-old tennis great was holding a green magnetic disc in an interview with GQ.
“It’s (an) energetic disc, creates an electromagnetic field around it, and (the) kind of secret is in this pattern,” he said in the video.
“And so when you place it on a certain part of your body, place this part, for example, if you have stomach issues, which I do have often when I’m nervous, stressed before the match or indigestion issues, that creates heat.
“So then it starts enhancing the metabolic functions or it reduces inflammation in certain parts of the body.”
“A doctor that I know in Serbia, who is also an engineer, he created this disc for me and I have a bunch of those, and I do carry it everywhere,” he said.
“When I fly in the plane, I put it on (my) head or somewhere.
“I shouldn’t be having it on the body parts for too long, so like 20-30 minutes it does its work.”

The video sparked a major reaction from fans and critics alike.
Many people were not convinced that this disc would have any beneficial effect on the body, making quips about other “positive effects” the disc may have.
“I hear if you put it on your head, it will prevent concussions,” one X user wrote.
“Add some crystals and he could win Bathurst,” another joked, while an Instagram user wrote, “For a fantastic tennis player, he’s got the tin foil cap on extra tight.”
However, some were quick to defend Djokovic urging people to be more open-minded about alternative health treatments.
“There’s tons of research on PEMF. Look it up, it works,” one X user wrote.
An Instagram user commented: “This guy is elite through & through, we should listen in.”
