The mother of five grown up kids and two grandchildren, Noelene sees her future life in food as a natural extension of parenting.

"Food soothes and revives the soul in deepest despair and enhances the magical joyous events. No matter when family, friends or associates arrive at my home we gather around the wooden table and there is always food and drink on offer".

Noelene says "it's my time now". She's raised her kids, worked in the same job selling prescription glasses for 11 years and now wants to indulge her passion for country style food and fresh produce from her garden.

Noelene's dream is to open up her house and her extensive garden to small groups, providing them with her picnic hampers, as well as hosting lunches at her home for local community groups.

Aside from family and cooking, Noelene's other passion is football. Every home game Noelene makes an afternoon tea for the whole team, friends and family.

Noelene has an adventurous palate and she makes anything from fish head curry to kangaroo or pig's head.
