A Queensland camper managed to capture it on camera earlier this week, since then, there have been multiple sightings.
Wildlife rangers have snapped its tracks. They suspect it’s been pushed south from its usual habitat by the wild weather in north Queensland.
Rangers are patrolling and using drones to survey the area, intending to remove the crocodile from the wild as soon as they find it.
