Nicole Kidman had a blockbuster 2024, appearing in a string of high-profile projects. She starred in the Paramount+ series Lioness, the Netflix drama The Perfect Couple, the film A Family Affair, and Babygirl.
Add to that the animated musical Spellbound and the drama series Expats, and you’ve got four films and four series over just two years—a seriously packed schedule.
Yet despite her relentless workload, Kidman remains a firm believer in rest. In an interview with Allure, she shared her love for power naps.
“I'm a huge believer in naps,” she said.
“I can sleep anywhere. Put me on the floor with a sweater, I could fall asleep.”
