Myanmar's military government has announced a 20-day ceasefire in the country's civil war, to speed up relief and rescue efforts, following last week's powerful earthquake.

It comes as a man was pulled out alive from under a collapsed hotel in Mandalay, after spending over 120-hours buried in the rubble. Hundreds of people are still missing, as the death toll passes 3,000.
