Poh Ling Yeow is a Malaysian-born Australian artist who immigrated to Australia at the age nine with her parents and brother.

Growing up she developed a strong love for cooking Asian fusion dishes, pastries, and cakes.

During her time in the competition, she created a number of dishes which wowed the judges.
