After Nigel was diagnosed with aggressive skin cancer and given just 12 months to live, he and his partner, Kath, began exploring options for Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD). Nigel was ultimately approved for the process. During this journey, they met photographer Jules Kingma, who specialises in documenting the final moments of individuals choosing VAD, along with their loved ones.
