Qantas has announced its plans to launch ultra-long-haul flights in 2025, boasting the world's 'longest flights' will soon be available.
The flights, which will operate on a dozen Airbus A350-1000 aircrafts, will see Australians able to fly from the East coast to London and New York from late 2025.
Qantas chief executive Alan Joyce stated that "New types of aircraft make new things possible. That's what makes today's announcement so significant,"
The flights will mean Australians can sit back and relax on an ultra-long-haul flight without worrying about the dreaded connecting flights or sprinting through Dubai airport to your next gate.
