- Drain yogurt in a sieve or cheesecloth over night to get rid of excess water. Pour into icy-pop moulds. Set in freezer for 4 hours until frozen.
To make chocolate and popcorn crumble:
- On medium heat using a saucepan with lid, cook the popcorn for 5 minutes until it starts popping. Remove from heat, allow to cool and put in food processor with dark chocolate. Work into a light dust.
- Put light dust onto plate and coat the icy-pop with the crumble. Serve and Enjoy.
