As payback for all his co-host's practical jokes, Miguel makes his new sous-chef dress up in what is quite honestly the most ridiculous outfit we've ever seen.
Miguel says that Tasmania has some of the best sirloin, Scotch fillet and rump steaks in the world!
Here, Miguel caramelises the steak in a hot pan until they're medium rare.
