We’ve hand selected a bunch of our clean, portion-controlled meals for lunch and dinner to make eating well super easy.

This plan excludes breakfasts, so we would suggest starting your day with a YF Protein Shake or two poached eggs with baby spinach on wholegrain or GF toast. You can also visit our Breakfast Menu and add some brekky to your cart if you'd like us to take care of it for you.

PS. To kick-start your digestion, drink a glass of warm water each morning, upon waking & sip on green tea throughout the day.
