Cinnamon Oats with Date Caramel

  • Mix oats, cinnamon and milk of your choice in a cereal sized bowl. Microwave on high for approximately 1.5-2 mins or until oats cooked to your liking (make sure you keep an eye on them in the microwave or you will have an oat explosion if it boils over). Set aside until needed.
  • To make the date caramel, place the chopped dates, and 1 or 2 tbs of water in a microwave safe ramekin. Heat on high for 1.5 mins, remove and mash with a fork. Add cream of choice and mix well. Return to microwave for 30 seconds r until date caramel thickens slightly. Remove and strain through a fine sieve into another ramekin.
  • Arrange sliced bananas, pistachios and shaved coconut, if using, on top of the oats and drizzle with the date caramel goodness. Devour immediately!

Spiced Apple Crumble Oats

  • Mix oats, mixed spices and milk of your choice in a cereal sized bowl. Microwave on high for approximately 1.5-2 mins or until oats cooked to your liking (make sure you keep an eye on them in the microwave or you will have an oat explosion if it boils over). Set aside until needed.
  • To make the apple filling, place the chopped apples, in a small frypan with brown sugar and mixed spice. Cook until caramelised and most of the liquid has been evaporated, set aside until needed.
  • To make crumble, toast bread crumbs with the olive oil, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small frypan until golden brown. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • Arrange spiced apple filling on top of oats then add bread crumbs and pistachios if using. Devour immediately!

Chocolate-Almond Oats with Sweet Orange Labneh

  • Mix oats, cocoa, sugar and milk of your choice in a cereal sized bowl. Microwave on high for approximately 1.5-2 mins or until oats cooked to your liking (make sure you keep an eye on them in the microwave or you will have an oat explosion if it boils over). Set aside until needed.
  • To make the sweet Labneh, place Labneh, zest and juice of orange, and honey in a small bowl and mix well to combine. Set aside until needed.
