The Perfect Prawns
- Butterfly prawns along the back, through the head leaving connected at the legs. Remove the vein.
- Combine olive oil, chilli, ginger, lemon zest and chives in a large bowl. Toss the prawns through to marinate and coat well.
- Preheat BBQ to high, cook the prawns on the shell for a couple of minutes.
- Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
