- Start by making the dumplings. Place all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and add in the oil and fish sauce to combine. Let the mixture rest in the fridge covered for a good 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, make the sauce. In a mixing bowl, add in the fish sauce, palm sugar, lime juice and water. Whisk until sugar is dissolved. Add in the rest of the ingredients and set aside until ready to serve.
- To make the dumplings, place the dumpling wrappers on a clean board. Remember to always cover with a damp cloth if you are not handling them immediately or they will dry out. There are many ways to fold a dumpling and here I am using a round dumpling wrapper.

- Using a non-stick pan with a lid, place the pan on medium hit. Drizzle in some oil when it’s hot.
- Place the dumplings down and let it cook on one side for approximately 3-5 minutes. Add in ½ a cup of water and place the lid on and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve in a platter with the dressing.
