- Place biscuits in a food processor until crumbed
- Melt butter and mix in with biscuits - pat in the dish to coat base evenly
- Bake for 20mins in a fan forced oven on 160 degrees Celsius
- Beat all first layer ingredients until smooth and spread on base evenly
- Pour the cold milk, essence and colouring sprinkle instant pudding over and beat for one minute or follow packet recipe
- Pour in the dish and refrigerate for 1 hour
- Beat cream and essence till peaks
- Top dessert and sprinkle toasted coconut on top!
