  • Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until it becomes a rough dough. If you squeeze it together and it sticks, it’s ready. If not, process a little longer
  • Add the mixture into the prepared tray, pressing down to compress
  • Eat straight away or refrigerate. Cut into 5 cm (2 inch) squares to serve
