  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper or foil and arrange the fish and vegetables on it
  • Combine the ingredients for the marinade in a small jug and mix well. Pour the marinade over the fish and vegetables on the tray and bake for 15 minutes
  • Serve with brown rice, sprinkled with sesame seeds, if using
