Loaded Vegetable Frittata Slice Recipe

  • Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Grease and line a 26cm x 16cm slice pan with baking paper.
  • Combine vegetables, onion and basil in a pan. Whisk eggs and cream then pour over vegetables. Top with feta and grated cheese.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until set at the centre. Cool in pan. Slice.
