  •  Soak the chickpeas overnight
  • Cook the chickpeas on medium heat until soft add bicarb before remove from heat
  • Add chickpeas into a mixer with its own water, tahini, garlic, cumin, salt, lemon juice and blend until it’s smooth.
  •  Serve hummus warm with burnt paprika butter.
  • Garnish with parsley
