Tomato Salsa & Pita Chips

  • Cut pita bread into triangles
  • Spray and place them onto a baking tray and place in faux oven
  • Chop and combine onion, garlic, lime juice, coriander, salt and pepper

Tzatziki Rolls

  • Peel wide ribbons of cucumber, plus some prepared earlier
  • Lay the ribbons on a paper towel to absorb moisture
  • Mash feta, ricotta, yoghurt, mint, salt and pepper
  • Spread feta mixture along ribbons of cucumber
  • Roll ribbons and place on crackers

Paprika Roasted Chickpeas

  • Line a baking tray
  • Drain the can of chickpeas and dry with paper towel. 1 serve is quarter of can
  • Drizel with olive oil and toss to combine
  • Sprinkle with paprika and add a pinch of salt
  • Put into oven for 30 minutes
