- Slice sausages into about 2cm-thick pieces.
- Place all ingredients in a large frypan over medium heat and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
- Serve with mashed potato or rice.
Tips
- To avoid health risks, ensure the leftover barbecued sausages are refrigerated soon after cooking. Don’t leave them on the table all day!
