Chicken San Choy Bow Recipe

  • Heat oil in a large frypan on medium-high heat
  • Add the garlic, spring onion and ginger and cook stirring for 1 minute
  • Stir in the chicken mince and mushrooms and cook for five minutes; until brown
  • Add the fish sauce and honey and tamari to the frypan and stir gently
  • Add the water chestnuts and chilli and stir until combined
  • Cook for a further 2 minutes
  • Turn off the heat
  • Stir in the bean sprouts
  • Season with Salt and Pepper
  • Place your prepared lettuce cups on a serving platter and spoon in some san choy
  • Sprinkle with coriander and a gentle splash of lime juice
