- Preheat oven to 220C (fan-forced).
- Scatter grated cheese on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 5 minutes, or until melted and golden brown. Remove. Stand 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, to make dressing, combine all ingredients in a jug. Whisk well.
- Combine rocket, capsicum, radish and herbs in a bowl. Add dressing. Toss to coat.
- Transfer salad to a serving bowl. Top with parmesan tuile.
