Grilled T-Bone with Potato Puree

- To make potato puree, put potato in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Season with salt. Bring to boil. Simmer, partially covered with lid, for about 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
- Using a ricer, mash potatoes into a bowl until smooth. Stir in butter, yoghurt, milk and rosemary. Season with salt and mix well.
- Meanwhile, heat a chargrill pan over high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper. Add steak to pan. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until cooked to your liking. Remove and rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve steak with potato puree. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
